On the nose it has a sweet profile with botanical nuances, cooked agave notes, crystallized fig sprouts complemented by shades of lime peel, fresh anise, menthol and epazote, in the third place we perceive notes of vanilla pods, chamomile flower and honey, With a long peppery finish.

Extraordinary Blend Añejo + 33% Extra Añejo, thanks to this upbringing it achieves in mouth a semi-dry profile with notorious astringency on the sides and end of the tongue; of sweet / bitter attack with chocolate shades, spicy and botanical evolution to cinnamon, nutmeg, menthol, clove and star anise, light resinous note is accompanied by whipped cream, pears in syrup, vanilla pods and butter. The end refers to cooked agave molasses and caramel syrup. Its unctuous and resinous character is prolonged.

Bandero Cafe starts with their handcrafted Bandero Blanco Tequila, then infused with the finest Mexican coffee concentrate and locally sourced Blue Webber Agave honey. This blend creates a Tequila that captures the deep richness of coffee while honoring the natural sweetness of agave. On the nose you get the aroma of freshly brewed coffee with notes of dark chocolate and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate you get vibrant coffee flavors, layers of vanilla bean and cacao, with gentle agave honey which leaves a smooth, silky finish that lingers. 

Mezcal Destreza is a  Artisanal Mezcal from Agave Espadin, Distilled in Copper Alembic. Produced and bottled in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. Smooth and complex on the palate with fine fruity and woody notes, lightly smoked and good body that remains on the palate.  

Bore Joven Rum aged 3yrs 

is typical vintage with light notes of very harmonious cane with a light melting bottom, soft and pleasant, light, harmonic, very light sweetness, pleasant bitterness, remember its cane origin. 

Bore Maduro Rum aged 7yrs. is very harmonious, smooth, defined, old and has a light toasted note. Round, aged, light astringent and pleasant aftertaste 

Bore Reserva Rum aged 13yrs,  is harmonic, marked with old notes and  light aged and very nice, reminiscent of the fruity cane note. Balanced, opulent, very light sweetness, marked note of sustained vintage, light vinous. Nice aftertaste.  

Singani Los Parrales is made 100% from Muscat of Alexandria Grapes that are grown 6,000ft above sea level. It has a complexity of aromas with a lovely aromatic nose of vibrant citric fruits such as small oranges, tangerine and lime; it also has sweet aromas of white peach, flowery notes of azahar flower and an herb note of peppermint. In the mouth it is very smooth with a very long aftertaste.  

Totally Colorless to the eye, it flows into the glass with clarity and transparency. On the nose there is  a typical reference to Juniper enriched with touches of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. it enters the mouth with a sip of good body, clear, perfect to be tasted both neat or in a cocktail. Additive free.
